It is with sad hearts that we have decided to cancel the ADYB spring baseball season. This was not a decision that was made lightly as we know everyone was looking forward to being able to salvage some type of a season. At this time there is too much that is unknown to prolong the decision. We are equally disappointed but feel this is the best decision for the health and well being of all our kids and fans.
What this means for those who have paid to play:
-You will have the option to receive a refund or roll your registration fee to the fall season as we are still hopeful for one! We are extending the return of raffle tickets until next week. If you do not return the money for this by next week, the $25 will be deducted from your return. Everyone signed to sell these tickets at registration. We will hold the raffle drawing at the end of next week.
-if you were so kind to have sponsored a team or a sign the same option will apply for a refund or roll the sponsorship to fall. Sponsors keep our organization alive but we do know these are trying times for small businesses as well
-We are still planning to hold the drawdown with a new tentative date of August 8th. This will not be refunded even if this is date gets pushed out further. This is a huge benefit for the organization.
We understand this is a lot to take in as this is also a big undertaking for us as an organization. The return process will take some time. Please be patient. We ask that you do not comment on or send Facebook messages or contact the coaches individually to express your intent. We will be making personal contact as soon as possible via the contact numbers given at sign-ups.
We thank everyone for everything they do to keep our baseball family a success. We hope to see you once life can return to normal!
